Conditions and Safety
- Maximum group size: 22 people.
- Arriving early is essential; the activity starts promptly.
- The visit may be cancelled due to adverse weather conditions in the high mountains.
- The company reserves the right to cancel the activity even if there are no weather warnings or alerts from the competent authority, in order to guarantee the safety of the clients.
- Please be aware of potential health issues . The observatory is located at an altitude of over 2,000 meters and may cause adverse effects such as dizziness, nausea, shortness of breath, headache, etc. There is no medical assistance available at the observatory ; the nearest medical facility is more than an hour away.
- Contact: On the day of the activity, we will contact you via WhatsApp or phone to confirm the activity and remind you of the coordinates of the observation point. It is important to have your phone working in case we need to notify you of any eventuality.
